Terms & Conditions
Booking & Payment
A body printing session is considered to be booked when the CLIENT paid the total amount for a body printing sessions.
By booking a session you agreeing to the terms & conditions listed in the booking description.
Booking Dates
Once payment is made the ARTIST will contact you to arrange a date and time within the next four weeks.
Booking Locations
Price is based on Central Coast locations only.
If you are located in Sydney or Newcastle please contact me directly BEFORE booking to confirm additional travel cost.
Booking dates and times are for Central Coast location only. If you book one of these without confirming travel cost and availability first, I may not be able to accommodate your selected date.
Refund Policy
In the event of cancellation by the CLIENT, the booking fee is non-refundable.
In the event of cancellation by the ARTIST due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided to the CLIENT.
Rescheduling Policy
The CLIENT may request to reschedule the body printing session providing it is 7 days or more out from your existing body printing appointment.
Change of date requests are subject to The ARTISTS availability.
A request to reschedule 6 -3 days out from booked date will incur a $50 rebooking fee.
A request to reschedule 24hrs out from booked date will incur a $100 rebooking fee.
A request to reschedule on the day of your booked date will incur a $150 rebooking fee.
Body Printing Session
On the Day The ARTIST reserves the right to refuse the CLIENT the body printing if the CLIENT is aggressive, abusive or under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
No body printing session will go ahead without full payment IN ADVANCE of the appointment date including additional travel costs.
A single body part body printing session is 90 minutes. As this is an IN HOME appointment the CLIENT is responsible for providing an appropriate space cleared of any furniture etc. If the CLIENT has not cleared and prepared a space for the session in advance, time taken to do so will be taken from the overall session time of 90 mins.
If the body print is achieved on the first or second attempt the total session time may be less then 90 minutes.
While the ARTIST will use paint specific drop sheets to protect the CLIENTS flooring, the CLIENT acknowledges the nature of this session and accepts the associated risk of paint spillage, staining of both temporary and or permanent damage to skin/floors/furnishings/clothing etc.
Whilst I do what I can to avoid any paint spillage/drips etc I am not responsible for any paint related damage to your floors/furnishings/clothing etc.
Inclusions
Price includes up to three printing attempts of one chosen body part (butt or breasts or back)
Additional attempts incur a $50 fee per attempt to cover material costs and additional time required. This fee has to be paid via direct bank transfer or correct cash before additional attempts will be undertaken. No additional print attempts will be made without payment.
Price includes keeping one chosen print. Any unsuccessful prints are not included in the price and are recycled by the artist.
Unsuccessful prints are not available for purchase.
Nudity
If the CLIENT selects a breast body print the CLIENT understands and acknowledges that bare breasts are required for a successful print. The CLIENT understands and acknowledges that to achieve this, their bare breasts will be painted by the ARTIST using a paint brush or sponge. To achieve adherence of paint on paper gentle pressure may be applied to the CLIENT by the ARTIST by pressing on the CLIENTS upper body (shoulders, back etc.).
Copyright
ALL body prints are signed by the ARTIST (Jessica Gosman) on the day and remain copyright of the ARTIST (Jessica Gosman) and shall not be duplicated, used for commercial use or another business or replicated by, or for another artist or individual. The final print is for personal use ONLY (home display, social media, personal websites etc.) and the client is not permitted to sell or utilize for commercial use (i.e. clothing brand, DVD covers etc & that includes advertising, print material, marketing, promo etc. for other businesses).
