Terms & Conditions
Booking & Payment
A commission is considered to be booked when the CLIENT has selected an available month and paid the total amount.
By making the online purchase of a commissioned piece of art, you agreeing to the terms & conditions listed in the booking description.
Packaging
Artwork comes in personalised gift wrapping.
Shipping
Shipping is included in the total price.
This includes express post, signature on delivery and is insured up to the value of $200.
Delivery Timeframe
Once the CLIENT has provided their reference photo via email or Instagram message, the artist will complete the artwork within three weeks.
Express postage of 24-48 hours is on top of this.
Refund
Once payment is received the booking for commissioned art in non-refundable.
Image Security
The CLIENTS reference photo will NOT be used on social media unless prior agreement has been granted.
Following completion of the artwork, the ARTIST will delete the reference photo.
Copyright
Artwork is signed by the ARTIST (Jessica Gosman) on the day and remain copyright of the ARTIST (Jessica Gosman) and shall not be duplicated, used for commercial use or another business or replicated by, or for another artist or individual. The final print is for personal use ONLY (home display, social media, personal websites etc.) and the client is not permitted to sell or utilize for commercial use (i.e. clothing brand, DVD covers etc & that includes advertising, print material, marketing, promo etc. for other businesses).Terms & Conditions
